Well you can change the settings while it uploads you make the title and all but you can change it that way or change it once it's live you can edit the settings on it and enable or disable the embedding code.
Stop the embedding? Okay go into the video you want to prevent embedding on, click edit on the right, then go down and you will see the Broadcasting and Sharing options.
Go down to Embedding and click "No, external sites may NOT embed and play this video." then click "save changes".
