does anyone know of a free online photo editor that when you download it, the name comes up on your computer as photo!editor? i have tried to google "photo!editor" but it didnt come up.
....IF not, what is the best free photo editor that i can download. I like to do a lot of color altering so i would like one that you can mess with the coloring of the pictures a lot.
