Is there anyway that I can download my music videos from Itunes on to my boyfriends ipod?

Theres some disturbed music videos that my boyfriend wants to put on his ipod but when he goes to put them on something pops up saying basically everything on his ipod will get deleted off of it. Is there anyway we can get the videos on his ipod without it messing up what he already has on there?

To avoid his files on his iPod being erased, set the iPod to manually manage music.
